Cancellation & Policies

We Are Committed To Your Wellness

Policies & Procedures:

Meridians Day Spa is committed to the health and wellness of its valued clients and service providers. We have enhanced our already stringent sanitation standards and have implemented a comprehensive safety protocol so that we may provide you with the level of care you deserve.  We have implemented the following additional precautionary measures at Meridians Day Spa:
 

  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available at the front door & the reception desk for your use.                             
  • All appointments are By-Appointment-Only, no walk-ins available at this time, appointments can be scheduled online or by calling: 517.924.1330                                                                                                                    
  • Please wait in the comfort of your car to be contacted via text or phone call when your service provider is ready for you to come in, we do not have a receptionist so our doors are always locked throughout our day.                                                                                                                                                               
  • We ask any clients to refrain from visiting the spa if they are feeling unwell, has a fever, has covid-19 symptoms, flu-like symptoms or other communicable illness. Likewise, we will allow clients who are unable to make their appointment due to illness to cancel with advance notice without consequence.

 

CANCELATIONS ~ NO-SHOWS ~ LATE ARRIVALS:

Your spa treatments are reserved, especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24-48 hours in advance.

Any no-shows or cancelations with less than 24 hours notice:

Cancelations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service to be paid at your next scheduled service.

No-Shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service to be paid before a new appointment can be booked. 

We recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for these reasons. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on-call" status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as makeup for the lost revenue.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start your treatment or service. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
