IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING APPOINTMENTS: Please finalize all steps when booking appointments, to ensure your appointment is scheduled, and you receive a confirmation notice via email and/or text.

BOOKING STEPS:

1. Choose service & staff

2. 1st time only: Create an account- email, phone number, password

3. Choose add-on service (optional)

4. Add note to service provider (optional) and click "agree" to cancelation policy (required)

5. Click "pay at time of service"

6. Appointment now confirmed, overview of details, edit if needed

7. You will receive an email and/or text confirmation about your appointment.

8. If you "Did Not" receive a confirmation email or text then your appointment may not be scheduled, please contact us at: 517-924-1330 to confirm your appointment was set up ONLY if you "Did Not" receive a confirmation.

Cancellation / No Show Policy:

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients & staff, the following policies are honored:

Your spa treatments are reserved, especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Any no-shows or cancelations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancelation fee of 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. We recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for these reasons. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on-call" status and may have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as makeup for the lost revenue. When you schedule your appointment with us, you agree to these policies.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
